Introducing the New
LOWER CAPE ART GUIDE
with fine dining

Dear Lower Cape Arts Businesses,

After five years of wonderful feedback and success, Provincetown Art Guide with fine dining is pleased to announce the first edition of Lower Cape Art Guide with fine dining serving Brewster, Chatham, Eastham, Harwich, Orleans and Wellfleet!

Our premiere offering will be an edition of 50,000 free publications available in galleries, inns, guesthouses, hotels, transportation centers, museums, bookstores, coffee shops, restaurants and Chambers of Commerce in Cape Cod, Boston and in smaller quantities in major Northeast cities. Distribution is from June through December 2009. In addition, Lower Cape Art Guide with fine dining will be available in an elegant online version with free links to all our advertisers.

Over the past five years, we at Provincetown Art Guide have been overwhelmed by the positive feedback from gallery owners, artists, artisans, restaurateurs and the public to the quality of both our book and accompanying web site, provincetownartguide.com. We've heard numerous stories of paintings being sold as a direct result of being viewed in our pages. One New Yorker with our book, only minutes in town, walked into an artisan's shop where she commissioned work. Other artisans and advertisers cited similar experiences. Several guest house owners placed the guides in rooms rather than with the spate of other materials in their lobbies. Gallery goers were overheard utilizing the Art Guide for decisions on where to dine.

We maintain our presence in prominent Boston hotels and in Cape Air terminals and on select fast ferries. The online home of our book - provincetownartguide.com - includes links to all advertisers, and this year we were visited by a wide variety of individuals and organizations, including the National Portrait Gallery in Washington, D.C.

Each year, as we continue to raise the bar on providing the highest quality color, paper and graphic design, we hear from many of our advertisers that their ads were directly responsible for specific and increased sales. Some have even said our publication has become a collectors' item, finding a permanent place on bookshelves from Cape Cod to Europe! Each year we receive phone calls and emails from through-out the U.S. and abroad requesting copies of our book in advance of summer visits to Cape Cod.

As the only comprehensive index to galleries, individual artists, theatre, arts events, antiques and fine dining, the Art Guide has become a sought-after publication in galleries, guesthouses, Boston hotels and other locations. Our continuing goal and mission is to serve the Cape Cod arts community through great design and communication with our clients, thorough and attentive distribution and direct marketing of artistic goods and services.

We look forward to beginning a new and lasting relationship with those on the Lower Cape to offer you extraordinary service, follow-up and consideration in the years to come!!

Best wishes for a great 2009 season!
